Service Description
THERE MUST BE ONE ADULT TO EVERY TWO CHILDREN. Want to swim with up to 6 persons? This is the booking link for you. £50 a session (£30 deposit online, £20 CASH on arrival). There may be times when we request approval for 5-6 bookings therefore £50.00 to be paid in full before arrival. NO SNORKELLING OR SCUBA EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED. PLEASE READ BELOW ... NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE POOL HOUSE. MAXIMUM OF TWO CARS ON SITE - PLEASE PARK IN THE DESIGNATED POOL PARKING AREA. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE OR IN OUR AIRBnB PARKING AREA.
Cancellation Policy
Schedule Changes: Change booking time online more than 24hrs in advance for free. Cancellations: Cancel your session with more than 24hrs notice for a full deposit refund. No Deposit Refunds within 24hrs of the beginning of a session. There will be envelopes and a drop-box provided, please write the date & your name on the envelope with the remaining amount for your session. Failure to comply, non-arrival or non-payment will mean you may be banned from the facility and your card will be charged with the £20 payment! You must abide by all pool regulations highlighted within the Conditions of hire document, you MUST read the Risk assessment & Conditions of hire BEFORE booking.
