

How to find us?
Our Property is located off Lepe Rd, down West Common.
Use the postcode SO45 1XJ with House no 2 as a reference, this will bring you to our neighbours. Please lookout for the "Eden" sign, as this is the start of our driveway.

Once at the property, press the silver "Trades" button, this will open the double gates during opening hours.

The swimming pool is located in the building with the glass-sliding doors on the right as you enter.
​
The Accommodation is located on the lower floor of the south annex of the property.

Pool FAQ
1. What times is the pool available to book?
We are open 7 days a week, excluding some holidays, from 0715-2100.
2. How big is the pool?
Our pool is 9.5m by 4.5m wide, it can accommodate up to 8 persons
3. How do I access the pool?
To access, make your way down the driveway, press the "Trades" button on the gates, this will let you in. Once inside, the pool is located on the right in a glass doored building.
4. How long do I get to swim?
Each booking session is 1hr and 10 minutes long, this is to allow a full hour of swimming & 10 minutes to get changed and remove the pool cover if it is on. PLEASE DO NOT EXCEED YOUR TIMESLOT, as there is no gaps between bookings please arrive on time and leave just before the sessions ends.
5. How do payments work?
You will pay a deposit online, by card, once this is paid your booking is secured. The remainder is due upon arrival to the pool, We currently only accept cash payments in-person. Due to the pool not being supervised at all times, there is envelope's and a deposit box provided, please place your amount due inside an envelope & write your full name on it.
6. What facilities are provided with the pool?
The pool has a toilet, integrated small changing room & shower. Please shower before entering the pool. All facilities are cleaned daily, but should be left as expected to be found as there may be multiple bookings throughout the day.
7. What temperature is the pool?
The Pool is maintained at a temperature of 30-31 Deg C. This is consistently measured from our smart-pool management system to ensure we maintain this temperature.
