POOL BOOKING SLOTS OPEN 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE ONLY

**PLEASE READ - TERMS OF USE BEFORE BOOKING SWIMMING**

The pool is for quiet leisure swims; it is not a play/splash pool. Flotation aids, noodles and sinkies are allowed. The pool is virtually monitored during swims. If one of our team approaches you it will be for safety reasons. You may be asked to leave if Terms of Use are being broken. There is clear signage.

**Not allowed**

No ball games or toys. No scuba/diving or snorkelling equipment including fins, and no water sports equipment.

No running around the pool side.  No bombing.  No climbing out of the pool, steps should be used at all times.

No food or drink in the pool house.  No music to be played.  No smoking or vaping.  No parties or events of any kind.

Guests must park in the designated pool parking area, not in front of our private house or in the AirBnB reserved parking area.

The Pool is within our private residence; guests must keep off the grass and keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbours.Thank you for your co-operation.

**** OUR MAXIMUM PEOPLE IN THE POOL HOUSE INCLUDING ON SITE IS 6 AS CLEARLY STATED ON OUR WEBSITE.   PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO BRING MORE THAN 6 (including babies and spectators).  WE HAVE A DUTY TO COMPLY WITH RISK ASSESSMENTS AND OUR INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS SO CANNOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS OF ANY KIND ****

**2 CARS ONLY. WE DON'T ALLOW ANYONE TO REMAIN IN VEHICLES ON OUR PRIVATE PROPERTY. AS THIS IS OUR PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL HOME, WE HAVE A POLICY THAT ALL MEMBERS OF THE BOOKING MUST EITHER USE THE FACILITIES OR LEAVE THE PROPERTY.  THIS IS TO PROTECT OUR FAMILY'S PRIVACY, OUR AirBnB GUESTS AND NEIGHBOURS PRIVACY, SECURITY, AND THE ENJOYMENT OF EVERYONE ON SITE.
